Purple is the New Pink

I have always loved the color purple ever since I was a teenager. Back in those days, only a handful of girls would actually admit out loud that they like the color purple. Why is this so I do not know. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Barney (the purple dinosaur) is this same color?

But come this Spring 2009, purple is sure making a comeback, with more and more women celebrities wearing this color on their clothes and their accesories.
